An Insomniacs Nightmare Rapidshare Stopping Nightmares?

Stopping nightmares? - an insomniacs nightmare rapidshare

I have nightmares every night. The other day he was a serial killer last night at the university. Never Go Away and are very bright.

In general, at the end of guards to panic and I have) no problems with anxiety (generalized anxiety disorder.

I hate them both. I've had my whole life. I'm not going to because they are asleep. I'm an Insomniac and prescription pills.

Have you (everyone, especially people who know w / fear or doctors), how to get rid of these nightmares? I only want a peaceful sleep.

Any ideas would be useful.

Thank you.

I used to nightmares very often in school and when I have started a new job. They are certainly under stress and anxiety related. I am not a doctor, but I can tell you what worked for me.

1. Discover exactly what was the cause of stress in my life, I do not know.

2. Daily meditation, do not laugh, but you get control of his mental state while conscious is a good way to prepare for a state of sleep. In this way, when you sleep, you may feel more in control of their dreams, and less of a factor of fear.

3. Do you sleep in a pleasant environment. If it means to calm the smells and sounds in the room.

Hope this helps. Again, I am not a doctor, but what worked for me.
