Rarely seen someone with a positive attitude and determination, bravo. With these properties is the only thing you need now to continue on this path. Do not do it.
Personally, I do not need so many supplements, but if you feel better, go ahead. However, make sure that the additions medically tested and approved by the local authorities. Some supplements junk "contains substances that can be dangerous. (Believe me, I have seen patients developed liver failure and kidney failure to take these supplements to the reeds).
Motion is another important point, it remains as the 10 minutes is better than nothing.
Do not trust your LIFE for information on the Internet ... Some information is not based on facts and can be dangerous. The best way is to hire a doctor to ask, preferably close to home, and therefore that you follow a regular basis. It is better that a doctor who knows everything about you. You can about health plans for you.
Also, if you have more money, you can invest in a blood pressure. This way you can better control your blood pressure, so you know when they would visit the doctor.
Hope this helps.
